Exchange/Return Policy
Only Blank/Plain wedding invitation cards can be exchanged. TEXT PRINTED CARDS cannot be EXCHANGED.
In case of exchange, the shipping costs from our office, Jaipur (India) to the customer address or destination and return shipping charges from customers address or destination to our office will be deducted. Also 12% of the total costs incurred will be retained as processing fee.
Refunds will be given only after receipt of the material or goods in good condition.
Exchange amount will be : original amount paid less costs of shipping (to and fro) of original order and less the processing fee.
All items must be returned in their original packaging along with a copy of our invoice and these must be packed together in a separate and secure box. We do not accept used packs of supplies or partial or items returned in envelopes.
Order Cancellation Policy
Option A: If customer purchased one product and after placing the order they want to change that to another product from our website, we can do that. Email us and we will help to order another product and adjust the price difference over email.
Option B: If customer purchased a product and later they want to cancel it for any reason, we will not entertain that kind of cancellation requests, as choice was made and order placed after seeing the product on our website. In such cases no any cancellation/refund accepted after order placed, but contact us and we will ship blank invitations instead.
Return Policy
No any returns/refunds are entertained on grounds if customer not liking the design or pattern of product, slightly paper, color variation from our online samples. In such circumstances We entertain only exchange requests as per our exchange policy.
Our site www.theweddingcardsonline.com has a facility that allows you to see multiple pictures or videos of the wedding invitaiton cards before making up your decision or ordering in quantities.
Which colors displayed on your monitor may vary from our actual printed invitation cards. Silk Handmade paper may vary both in gsm (grams per square meter) and color. A variation of ±5% is an acceptable norm around the world. There might be minor variations possible in paper of other grades too.
We always try our best to supply cards of the same colors or size as mentioned on our website www.theweddingcardsonline.com, there can be circumstances when the color or size of the printed card may vary slightly from the sizes mentioned on the website. In our endeavor to provide customers with the best invitation, we reserve our rights to make slight change or alterations in their size. Wedding invitation cards once supplied shall not be taken back or returned on grounds of alterations from the samples displayed on website. If there is a gross variation from the online invitation sample then only the product will be returned.
In case if you want to return the invitations, then please write us to info@theweddingcardsonline.com along with complete details of why the cards should be returned. Our personnel will try to resolve your problems first and in case there is no solutions can be reached at, your money will be refunded.
5 working days are required from the date of receipt of goods to process the refund order.
